Staff is polite but when it comes to maintenance issues they are slow to respond . For example, the air-conditioning unit ran out of coolant. I left a voicemail about the issue and it wasn't until a week later it was fixed. I understand everyone's problems can't be immediately addressed but there's no excuse for staff to give me an update me on the situation.

I love that I can walk uptown and also go the other direction to Central Ave where there are shops, grocery stores & restaurants.
